Exchange Policy for Wrong Sizes

Note: Customized sizes can not be exchanged/refunded.

We understand that selecting the correct size can sometimes be challenging. If you receive a product in the wrong size, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

Exchange Period: You may exchange products for a different size within 3 days of receipt.
Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at aeraha5@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the size you wish to exchange.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the wrong size product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged product back to you.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size is not available, we will notify you and provide alternative options.

Steps for Exchange
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Ship the Product: Send the product back to us at the provided address. Include your order number and contact information.
Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

  • Exchanges are only available for size-related issues. We do not offer exchanges for different products or styles.
  • Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
