At Aeraha, we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services to our valued customers. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently within the specified time frame.

Shipping Time Frame

- Standard Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days for Lahore.

- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 4-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

- Standard Shipping: PKR 200 flat rate.

Delivery Details

- We ship to all addresses within Pakistan. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our shipping partner’s website.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email and provide updates as available.
